Mexican Pizza Recipe

Refrigerated PillsburyTM Classic Crust Pizza Crust, 1 can (13.8 oz).

1 cup of Old El PasoTM refried beans in a can


1/2 cup of Old El PasoTM Mild Red Enchilada Sauce from a can (10 oz).

1 1/2 cups grated Mexican cheese mix (6 oz)

As desired, add garnishes.


3 chopped medium green onions (3 tablespoons)

1 cup soured milk

1 cup of Thick 'n Chunky Old El PasoTM salsa

Steps 1

425°F oven temperature. Spritz or grease a 15x10x1-inch pan.

Pizza dough is unrolled into a pan. Spread beans over crust with an offset spatula, leaving a 1-inch border all the way around. Spread enchilada sauce over the top and top with cheese.

Steps 3

About 15 minutes of baking time should be sufficient to melt the cheese. Add some green onions on top. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
